Sandspur Beach
Bahia Honda FL
Sandspur is the largest beach in Bahia Honda State Park, located on the southeast end of the island. There are three large pavilions in the Sandspur area and a bathhouse with outdoor, fresh water showers. The park covers 540 acres of the islands 600 acres, and is known for beautiful beaches, magnificent sunsets, and excellent snorkeling. In 1992, Sandspur Beach was named the best beach in America.

Smathers Beach
Key West FL
A two mile long man-made strip of sand is one of the best-known beaches in Key West, Smathers Beach has Florida charm with a Caribbean-Mexican flare. This beach is an excellent choice if you have children, with plenty of parking, restrooms, concession stands, chair rentals, picnic tables, watersport rentals and more. Nearby John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park offers a unique underwater experience. With living reefs and a submersed bronze statue called Christ of the Abyss, this area of Florida has some of the best diving and snorkeling in the country.
