Payment Policies: A Reservation deposit of $2,000.00 (PER MONTH BOOKED) due upon signing and final balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Tenant will be charged a final departure cleaning fee of $300. The cleaning fees will be deducted from security deposit and balance with statement returned usually 45 days from departure. All rates subject to change without notice.
